It is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The final composite artworks and marketing materials are proprietary to our brand. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, our advertising creatives, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

2. Strict Prohibition of AI Scraping and Data Mining

Aluran strictly prohibits the use of automated systems, software, or bots to extract data from this website for commercial purposes, competitive analysis, or the training of artificial intelligence (AI) models and Large Language Models (LLMs). Specifically, you agree not to:

While our checkout process strives to accurately calculate standard delivery times (2-6 business days) and applicable taxes, Aluran is not legally responsible for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance processes or postal strikes in the destination country.

5. Return Policy Integration (Aluran Integrity Policy)

Your purchase is subject to our 30-Day Purchase Protection, as governed by the Aluran Integrity Policy. Due to the clinical nature of our formulations and strict hygiene standards, returns are only accepted if the product is completely sealed and unused.
