Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed with Aluran. By completing a purchase on our website, you legally agree to the shipping terms detailed below.
- Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines
All orders are subject to a standard processing and formulation verification time of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before they are dispatched from our northern european fulfillment facilities. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that processing times are separate from the delivery times calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Destinations and "US Mainland" Restriction
Aluran currently ships exclusively to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States (mainland only). Important US Restriction: Due to strict clinical logistics and carrier limitations, we strictly do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any APO/FPO military addresses. Any order placed with a delivery address outside the contiguous United States will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
3. Delivery Times and Methods
We offer standard shipping, with exact costs dynamically calculated at checkout based on your specific location:

Note: Delivery timelines are highly reliable estimates provided by our carrier partners, but they do not constitute a legally binding, guaranteed delivery date. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, postal strikes, or carrier network disruptions.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the product prices displayed on our site are exclusive of all international duties and taxes. As the recipient and importer of record, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees legally required by your destination country (notably applicable to UK and non-EU customers). If a package is returned to us because you refuse to pay these fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees imposed by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% complete and accurate (including apartment numbers, access codes, and correct zip codes). Aluran assumes no legal or financial liability for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered" Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If your tracking link marks the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the local postal service or carrier. Aluran is not legally responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier's GPS and tracking systems to the address provided.
7. Return Shipping Address
All authorized returns (strictly subject to our 30-Day Purchase Protection requiring the product to remain completely sealed and unused) and any packages returned to sender must be directed to our company facility at the following address:

Please note that customers are legally responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without verifiable tracking.
