A. We operate with the highest clinical standards, making the hygiene and safety of our formulas our absolute priority. Under the Aluran Integrity Policy, we offer a 30-Day Purchase Protection. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, strictly provided that the products remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For health protection and sanitary reasons, once a product has been opened or the seal broken, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
