Refund Policy (Integrity Policy)

 

At Aluran, our commitment to clinical safety and formulation integrity is absolute. This Refund Policy outlines our strict 30-Day Purchase Protection guidelines. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and hygiene standards.

1.The 30-Day Sealed Return Rule

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. However, due to the clinical nature of our formulations and strict health and hygiene regulations, products must remain completely sealed, unopened, and unused. The original tamper-evident packaging must be fully intact. Legal Exemption: In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK/US consumer protection laws, cosmetic goods that are unsealed after delivery are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal. If we receive a returned product that has been opened, tested, or unsealed, the return will be legally rejected, and no refund will be issued.

2. Biological Variance and "Expected Results"

As detailed in our Medical & Cosmetic Disclaimer, skin biology varies significantly from individual to individual. While our protocols are engineered with highly effective active ingredients, cosmetic results are subjective and depend on consistent usage, individual skin cycles, and environmental factors. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, partial or full, based on dissatisfaction with subjective results, temporary skin purging, or lack of immediate visible changes.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While our northern european fulfillment facilities operate with strict quality control, transit damages can occasionally occur. If you receive a product that is defective, physically damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at support@aluran.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will promptly issue a free replacement. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a qualified return, please email us at support@aluran.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is authorized, you will be instructed to send your sealed package to our processing facility:

5. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

Customers are entirely responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to a verified error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are strictly non-refundable. We strongly mandate using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Aluran assumes no financial or legal responsibility for returned packages that are lost in transit or fail to reach our Swiss facility.

6. Refund Processing and Approval

Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a strict hygiene and integrity inspection. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
